Sorry, it's been a while and I promise to fill everybody in ASAP.... but for now, after months of phone calls, letters, and finally a call to the Governor of Georgia, WE HAVE ELLE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!!! Chris is headed to the social security office right now to apply for Elle's social security number.
