H2H Email

This afternoon I received an email from H2H, the new agency we registered with, it was nothing major, just an email to see how we were doing. I was shocked, none of the agencies we have worked with just emailed us out of the blue to see how we were doing. I'm not sure what agency our daughter will come from, AA or H2H, but so far, I'm very impressed with H2H. They have been so nice and easy going. Don't get me wrong, AA has been very nice too, but I think AA is such a large agency, they lose touch with their waiting clients.
