Busy Saturday

Today was a busy day! We had to be up bright and early to take Ryan to honor band. Band was an all day event and then a concert at 4pm. We had a wedding today also at 5pm. So we were pushing it. Anyways, luckily Ryan was in the first group to play so we were able to sneak out after his group played. I felt kind of bad leaving early, but what are you suppose to do. Ryan did tell his band instructor of the situation and of course he was fine with it, but it was just the principle. The honor band sounded great, you could tell a difference between the district band and honor band. Both bands play great, but the honor band just played better. Which is expected. Anyways, after band we headed to the wedding. We had a great night and the boys all have fun. Owen was the only boy that would dance, with us holding him, but he never wanted to leave the dance floor. He loved the music, lights, and watching everybody dance.

We are expecting more snow tonight. We are under a Winter Storm Warning until Monday morning, expecting 1/2-1 inch sleet and 6 inches of snow. I'm starting to think Mother Nature didn't get the email that it's SPRING. So, tomorrow will be a fun day. The roads will be bad and the weather will be nasty so we will be home all day! UGH...
