I knew we were past the point were either of Elle’s birthparent could change their mind, but it’s always nice to see it in writing and signed by the Judge. I received this letter today.
It is ordered that the parental rights of XXX, the biological mother, and the rights of the named biological father whose first name is XXX and any other unknown biological father, to the child are hereby terminated, and all the rights and obligations of said person to the child and of the child to him arising from the parental relationship are terminated.
Signed by the Judge in Elle’s XXX County on August 18, 2009.
